Information We Collect
When you browse our site, place an order, or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address, when you place an order or submit a contact form.
- Order details, including products purchased and payment method (we do not store card details — payments are processed by our payment partners).
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site running smoothly and securely.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and deliver your orders, and to communicate with you about them.
- To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To improve our products, website and customer experience.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with trusted third parties directly involved in fulfilling your order — such as payment processors and courier/logistics partners — and only to the extent needed to complete that service.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working correctly, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (such as the shopping cart) may not work correctly without them.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at greenchocy@gmail.com.
