Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, in cases of stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity. Currently, orders are accepted via Cash on Delivery (COD). We will notify you if this changes.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, though delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at greenchocy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
